We have an opportunity for aCustomer Service Administrator.In your
next position, you will be joining a household brand that has been
around for 100 years. This is an entry-level position to boost your

then keep reading! This position is a Permanent Full Time position
Monday Friday. About the Role: Responsible for inbound and outbound
customer enquiries. Liaise with suppliers and provide solutions to
customers needs. Generate & issue invoices manually or
electronically including taking payment over the phone or in
person. Process contractor jobs, invoices & support payroll, manage
the team in-box and any other administrative tasks. Support the
Project Coordinators with daily scheduling. Support our Glazing
Division Teams including Schedulers, Estimators, and Sales team
members. KPI targets to achieve. About you: Pleasant friendly phone
manner, good communication skills, and results-driven Highly
organised with the ability to coordinate and prioritise tasks
throughout the day Ability to work within a team or on your own
with minimal supervision Genuine, enthusiastic, and results-driven
with the ability to show initiative Experience using Simpro or
similar planning database is preferred but not essential High-level
Microsoft Office skills Benefits: Flexible working hours between
